In the HBV-Vario Floor, the first view is that of flat laying wooden elements made of glued laminated timber. Into these the HBV-Shear Connector is glued accordance to the structural requirements and in a follow up work process, the framework or casing is brought in. The concreting can be completed in the manufacturing plant or at the building site.

An essential advantage of the HBV-Vario-Plate Floor lies in the finished floor surfaces. Beside the special optical merits, this construction approach also has acoustic advantages, because the sound is broken through the finished top surface. Through the application of acoustic absorber bearings between the wooden elements, the problems of the room acoustic and the impact sound can be substantially reduced.

The HBV-Vario-Plate Floor can be applied for span distance of 15 m and more.
