Application Area | Floor Slab | "HBV-Rib Floor"

The HBV-Rib Floor is a special variant of the HBV-Beam Floor, the difference is that all the manufacturing processes can be done in the manufacturing plant; therefore the complete prefabricated floor elements can be delivered to the building site and there easily installed.

The HBV-Rib Floor consists of a concrete plate and several wooden beams; the HBV-Shear Connector is glued into these wooden elements. In the manufacturing of this system, the wooden beams are arranged on a bed of cement in a predetermined grid. Afterwards there is no lost framework to be found in an HBV-Rib Floor.
