In the HBV-Acoustic Floor, the HBV-Shear Connector is glued into the proven acoustic elements from the company LIGNOTREND. With these elements, a span distance of up to 15 m and more can be achieved. The so arranged building elements combined higher loading capacity and small deflection with the advantages of the first class, prefabricated wooden ceiling with stability, for which the floor elements of the company LIGNOTREND are known for since years.

An essential benefit of the HBV-Acoustic system lies in the built in acoustic absorber bearing, which eliminates additional works at the building site and the problems of the room acoustic and the impact sound insulation are solved through the application of the HBV-Acoustic system.

Another feature of the HBV-Acoustic system that impresses is the high degree of prefabrication possibility. Along side the high quality of the wooden surfaces, the acoustic absorber bearing, the HBV-Shear Connector as well as a high quality fibre glass sealing folio, which prevents penetrating moisture from the concrete, are completed in the manufacturing plant. At the building site, only the minimum are to be done, reinforcement steel is laid and after the installation of framework on the edges, the floor can be concreted.
